Deal: Wenger Vieli hat die Aktionäre von N-Dream beim Verkauf an KPIT Technologies beraten

Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of N-Dream, the Swiss company behind the in-car gaming platform AirConsole, on all legal aspects in connection with the sale to KPIT Technologies, a global leader in software-defined vehicle development. KPIT acquired a majority stake in N-Dream, increasing its ownership to nearly 90%.

This strategic acquisition brings together N-Dream’s pioneering in‐car gaming platform (already adopted by leading automakers) with KPIT’s deep mobility technology expertise. The partnership positions both companies to accelerate the evolution of the connected passenger cabin — moving beyond traditional infotainment to software-centric digital experiences.
