We have our own notary's office at our Zug location. Thanks to our experienced team of civil law notaries, we are able to offer legal advice and notarial services for the whole of Switzerland from a single professional source. We are also available at short notice for a consultation or notarization.

Our services in this area include, for example:

  • Formation of companies and foundations
  • Capital increases and decreases
  • Mergers, restructurings and amendments to the articles of association of companies
  • Advice and notarization of prenuptial agreements and/or inheritance contracts, wills, advance care directives and contracts of guarantee
  • Authentication of signatures and copies as well as provision of apostilles or legalizations
