Deal: Acquisition of Artmyn by Invaluable

Invaluable, the world's leading online marketplace for premier auction houses, has announced the acquisition of Artmyn, a company that revolutionizes the way fine art can be streamed and experienced online.

The integration of Artmyn's technology will allow the leading developer of SaaS and ecommerce applications for the auction industry, to provide collectors with a new way of documenting, experiencing and sharing art. The acquisition also enables Invaluable to access NFT technology, blockchain and the digital metaverse.

We advised Invaluable on this transaction regarding all Swiss legal and tax aspects in collaboration with Goodwin Boston.
