Deal: Klingel-medical metal Acquires Ruetschi Group

Wenger Vieli AG advised and assisted Klingel-medical metal group, a portfolio company of IK Partners, in all Swiss corporate and tax aspects in connection with the acquisition of Ruetschi Technology Holding AG, a leading contract manufacturer for medical devices, with a special focus on sterile packaged single-use procedure kits for orthopedic, spinal and dental surgery.
