Deal: Numarics acquires a&o kreston

Wenger Vieli advised Numarics on its recent acquisition of a&o kreston. With Numarics' largest acquisition so far, the Start-up is getting closer to its goal of becoming a leading trust service provider.

Numarics offers companies fiduciary services, which are managed with an app and artificial intelligence. The focus is on process automation and increasing efficiency in the trust sector.
