Deal: Sale of TestingTime Group to Norstat AS

We advised the shareholders of TestingTime AG on their sale of TestingTime group to Norstat AS. The transaction was successfully signed and closed in September 2021. Congratulations to the founders Reto Lämmler and Oliver Ganz, all shareholders of TestingTime and to the entire team for their rapid growth and the successful exit.
