Deal: Shop Apotheke Europe and Galenica enter into stra­te­gic partnership

Wenger Vieli advised Shop Apotheke Europe on all Swiss legal matters in connection with the joint venture through which the two partners join the business activities of shop-apotheke.ch and the specialty pharmacy MediService AG in a joint company.

The team was co-led by Michael Tschudin (Partner, Competition) and Marc Walter (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and included Marcel Boller (Counsel, Regulatory), Regula Haegi (Counsel, IT), Sabine Taxer (Senior Associate, Employment) as well as Cedric Fischer and Janica Wyss (both Associates, Corporate/M&A).
