Deal: Snipd closes oversubscribed pre-seed funding round

We acted as legal advisor to Snipd, a start-up building an AI-powered podcast player. The company has raised $700,000 in an oversubscribed pre-seed funding round. The financing will be used to accelerate product innovation and further expand their user base. 

The company was founded in 2021 and is headquartered in Zurich. From the start, Snipd's vision has been to enable everyone to discover, highlight and share the best moments in podcasts.
