Deal: The medtech startup aiEndoscopic raises CHF 500k in its seed financing round
Wenger Vieli advised aiEndoscopic, an aspiring medical technology startup in its seed financing round on all Swiss legal matters.
The idea of aiEndoscopic came from the renowned universities ETH, USZ and UZH. The main purpose is to combine artificial intelligence and robotics to revolutionize the endoscopy field. aiEndoscopic application, intuBot, is an assistive device for airway management to make tracheal intubation procedures safer and more efficient.
With the funds aiEndoscopic can reach critical milestones and progress the development of intuBot and intitiate first-in-man trials.
The team was led by Michael Baier (Partner, Venture Capital / M&A), Dominique Mattmann (Associate, Venture Capital / M&A) and Mos Wyler (Junior Lawyer).
