Deal: Verium AG, Zurich, closes Verium I SCSp continuation vehicle for Toradex and MiT at CHF 120 million

Verium closed its first continuation vehicle Verium I SCSp regarding Toradex Group AG, Horw, Switzerland (Toradex) and MiT Energie Holding AG, Zug, Switzerland (MiT) at CHF 120 million. Wenger Vieli acted as Swiss legal counsel.

Verium I SCSp was capitalised by a group of experienced secondary investors led by Headway Capital. Kline Hill Partners acted as co-lead on the transaction and UBS Asset Management was a syndicate investor in the vehicle.
