Deal: Vokus Personal is sold to Storskogen

We advised the shareholders of Vokus Personal, a leading recruitment agency specializing in the placement of healthcare professionals in Switzerland, on its sale to Storskogen, a Swedish investment company, on all legal and tax aspects.

Since its foundation in 2012, the Swiss-based Vokus Personal has successfully established itself as a focused provider in the healthcare sector with continuous growth in an attractive market environment.
