Wenger Vieli acted as lead counsel to Verdane in connection with its majority investment in Konvekta.

Verdane is a major European specialist growth buyout investment firm that partners with tech-enabled and sustainable businesses that drive digitalization and decarbonization of the European economy. Konvekta - Energierückgewinnung is the global leader in high-performance energy recovery technology for ventilation systems. Konvekta’s custom closed-loop systems recover heat or cold from building exhaust air and return it to the supply air with exceptional efficiency, enabled by proprietary heat exchangers and advanced control technology.
