Deal: Wenger Vieli acted as Swiss legal advisor to NLS Pharmaceutics

Wenger Vieli acted as Swiss legal advisor to NLS Pharmaceutics on all Swiss legal matters in connection with the PIPE transaction with BVF Partners L.P. to raise aggregate gross proceeds of up to USD 30.0 million.

The net proceeds will enable the company to advance the ongoing clinical development of its products and further support business development and licensing activities.

NLS Pharmaceutics (Nasdaq: NLSP, NLSPW) is a Swiss clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of innovative therapies for patients with rare and complex central nervous system disorders.

The team was led by Pascal Honold (Partner, M&A/VC/PE) and included Kevin Wilhelm Vangehr (Associate, M&A/VC/PE), Alessa Waibel (Associate, Financial Services), Andrea Christen (Associate, M&A/VC/PE) and Mark P. Stocker (Associate, Notarial Services).
