Deal: Wenger Vieli acted as Swiss legal advisor to NLS Pharmaceutics

Wenger Vieli acted as Swiss legal advisor to NLS Pharmaceutics on all Swiss legal matters in connection with the registered direct offering and concurrent private placement transaction with certain investors to issue 3,277,750 of common shares and 3,277,750 of common share warrants at a purchase price of USD 0.24 each.

The net proceeds from this transaction will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, supporting the company's commitment to advancing its portfolio and operational capabilities.
