Deal: Wenger Vieli advised 360 Capital on its investment in Oxyle

Wenger Vieli advised 360 Capital, a venture capital firm specializing in early-stage investments, with all Swiss legal aspects of its investment in Oxyle. The funding round was led by 360 Capital and also included other investors. The funds are intended to support the further development and commercialization of Oxyle’s innovative water purification technology, enabling the company to scale its impact on eliminating micropollutants from water sources.

Oxyle, a Swiss deep-tech startup, has developed a breakthrough solution to effectively remove persistent organic pollutants from wastewater. Its patented nanotechnology-based filtration system addresses one of the most pressing environmental challenges by ensuring clean and safe water for industries and communities worldwide.
