Deal: Wenger Vieli advised ACE Ventures on the USD 6m Series A financing round of Veezoo

Wenger Vieli advised ACE Ventures, an international venture capital firm, on all Swiss legal aspects of its investment in Veezoo, a Zurich-based provider of data analytics solutions.

ACE Ventures led Veezoo’s USD 6 million Series A financing round, which will support the company’s international expansion and the further development of its Agentic Analytics platform. The technology enables users across organizations to ask business questions in natural language and obtain answers directly from company data.

Founded in 2016, Veezoo designs and develops all of its technology in Switzerland and is already applied across multiple industries and markets.

The team was led by Michael Baier (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and included Dario Schönbächler (Associate, Corporate/M&A), Claudia Keller (Partner, IP/IT/Data Protection), Mark Stocker (Associate, Employment) and Samuel Pils (Junior Lawyer).
