Deal: Wenger Vieli advised apheros on its pre-seed funding of EUR 1.65 mio

Wenger Vieli advised apheros, a Zurich-based startup and ETH spin-off, specializing in advanced cooling solutions, on all Swiss legal matters related to their recent funding round. The round was led by Swiss venture capital firm Founderful. The funds will be used to accelerate development of Apheros' innovative metal foam technology, designed to enhance the cooling efficiency of data centres and significantly reduce their environmental footprint.

Apheros is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge metal foam technology aimed at revolutionizing data centre cooling. By offering a more energy-efficient and sustainable solution, apheros is well-positioned to address one of the most critical challenges in the tech industry today - managing heat in data centres effectively.
