Deal: Wenger Vieli advised Arqh on its USD 3.8m pre-seed financing round
Wenger Vieli advised Arqh, a Zurich-based early-stage AI startup on all Swiss legal matters in connection with its USD 3.8 million pre-seed financing round. The round was led by Founderful, with participation from Merantix Capital.
Arqh develops a next-generation “decision intelligence” engine designed to help logistics teams reduce manual planning and optimize fleet operations in real time. Since launching just 14 weeks ago, Arqh’s platform has already enabled logistics companies to cut fleet operating costs by more than 15% and reduce manual planning efforts by around 80%.
The funding will be used to expand Arqh’s engineering and research teams, accelerate product development, and deepen integration with existing fleet management systems.
The team included Michael Baier (Corporate/M&A) and Dominique Mattmann (Corporate/M&A).
