Wenger Vieli advised Ascent Group, a leading provider of digital transformation solutions, on all Swiss legal matters during the cross-border acquisition of PARKSIDE Group. The acquisition enhances As-cent Group's capabilities in designing and building data and AI-driven services, products, platforms, and experiences on Azure, enabling the company to expand its reach in the UK and Europe.

Ascent Group, headquartered in Bristol, England, collaborates with over 150 businesses globally, spanning sectors such as insurance, healthcare, retail, smart home devices, and space exploration. The company specializes in digital transformation, focusing on data and AI-driven solutions.
