Deal: Wenger Vieli advised Axa Venture Partners on its investment in Deskbird's Series A financing round

Wenger Vieli advised Axa Venture Partners (AVP) on all Swiss legal aspects of their investment in Deskbird's Series A financing round. The startup successfully secured 12 million euros in this financing. The funds are intended to accelerate market expansion within Europe and the USA and enable Deskbird to enhance the functionality of its app.

Deskbird, a Swiss Software-as-a-Service startup, has developed an app that allows employees to plan their office attendance times and book a desk. The app is designed to help companies, especially those with hybrid working models, to use their space as efficiently as possible.

The team included Pascal Honold (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and Kevin Vangehr (Associate, Corporate/M&A).
