Deal: Wenger Vieli advised BLKB on obtaining a FINMA banking licence for its subsidiary radicant
Radicant is the first sustainable, collaborative and fully digital bank in Switzerland with a strong focus on personalized and sustainable financial solutions. The fintech's goal is to promote the 17 Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the United Nations in the market with community and financial services and also contribute to achieve them itself.
Wenger Vieli acted as legal advisor to Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank in connection with the corporate, employment and regulatory framework applicable to the establishment of radicant and assisted on all regulatory aspects in connection with the FINMA licensing procedure of the bank.
