Deal: Wenger Vieli advised Chorus One and its shareholders on the sale to Bitwise Asset Management

Wenger Vieli advised Chorus One, a leading institutional staking infrastructure provider with over USD 2.2 billion in staked assets across more than 30 proof-of-stake networks, and its shareholders, on all Swiss legal and tax aspects of the sale to Bitwise Asset Management.

Through this transaction, Chorus One joins Bitwise Onchain Solutions, the staking division of Bitwise. The combination brings together Chorus One’s established staking infrastructure and research expertise with Bitwise’s global institutional platform and fiduciary approach. The transaction marks an important strategic milestone for Chorus One and its shareholders and further strengthens Bitwise’s position in institutional crypto services.
