Deal: Wenger Vieli advised Cibus Enterprise Fund on its investment in Ecorobotix

Wenger Vieli acted as Swiss legal counsel to Cibus Enterprise Fund II LP on Swiss corporate and tax aspects on its investment in Ecorobotix, a Swiss manufacturer of ARA, an AI powered plant-by-plant recognition and ultra-high precision smart spraying system. Ecorobotix raised a total of USD 52 million in this funding round.

The funds are intended to accelerate Ecorobotix’s geographic expansion across new and existing markets and accelerate new product development.

The team was led by Beat Speck (Partner, Corporate M&A) and Barbara Brauchli Rohrer (Partner, Tax) and included Michèle Joho-Menotti (Senior Associate, Corporate M&A), Janica Wyss (Associate, Corporate M&A) and Fabienne Nufer (Associate, Corporate M&A).
