Deal: Wenger Vieli advised CTsystems on its sale to Datwyler

Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of CTsystems, a highly-specialized Swiss engineering company, on its sale to Datwyler, a specialist for system-critical elastomer components, on all legal and tax aspects.

The acquisition is the final chapter of a multi-year collaboration and will strengthen Datwyler's position for the future technology of electroactive polymers by obtaining several patents of CTsystems.
