Deal: Wenger Vieli advised DeepJudge on its oversubscribed USD 41.2m Series A financing round
Wenger Vieli advised DeepJudge, a Zurich-based pioneer in legal AI platforms, on all Swiss legal and tax matters in connection with its oversubscribed USD 41.2 million Series A financing round led by Silicon Valley venture capital firm Felicis, with continued support from existing investor Coatue. The capital will be used to accelerate product development and further expand DeepJudge’s market presence in the US and UK.
DeepJudge is a Zurich-based legal AI company whose advanced enterprise search platform empowers law firms to securely unlock and utilize institutional knowledge. Developed by ex-Google AI experts, DeepJudge delivers precise and contextually relevant results tailored to the legal sector. The platform is trusted by leading global law firms seeking secure, efficient, and data-driven solutions.
The team was led by Michael Baier (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and included Dominique Mattmann (Senior Associate, Corporate/M&A), Dario Schönbächler (Associate, Venture Capital/Corporate), Claudia Keller (Partner, IP), Nathalie Germann (Senior Associate, Employment) and Patric Eggler (Partner, Tax).
