Deal: Wenger Vieli advised Emerald as co-lead investor on CHF 23.5m financing round for embotech

Wenger Vieli advised Emerald, a globally recognized venture capital firm focusing on industrial innovation, with all Swiss legal aspects in connection with the CHF 23.5m investment in embotech. The round was led by Emerald and Yttrium as well as other investors. The funds are intended to accelerate embotech’s growth in autonomous vehicle technology and further enable the company to advance its position as a leader in the autonomous driving industry.
