Deal: Wenger Vieli advised French impact fund STOA as lead investor on Series B financing round of candi solar

Wenger Vieli advised the French impact fund STOA Infra & Energy as lead investor on all Swiss legal aspects in connection with the Series B financing round of candi solar, a clean energy company providing solar power to commercial and industrial customers in India and South Africa.

STOA has been joined by the Energy Entrepreneurs Growth Fund and most existing shareholders, notably the renewable energy specialist Gaia Impact Fund.

The team was led by Marc Walter (Partner, M&A / Venture Capital) and included Michael Tschudin (Partner, Competition) and Cedric Fischer (Associate, M&A / Venture Capital)
