Deal: Wenger Vieli advised Green Generation Fund on Jua's USD 16 Mio seed financing round.

Wenger Vieli advised Green Generation Fund which acted as co-lead investor (together with 468 Capital) on the USD16 Mio seed financing round of Jua on all Swiss legal aspects. Partner law firm YPOG advised on all German legal aspects.

Jua is based in Zurich with offices in Berlin and Cape Town. The Swiss start-up has developed the first AI Large Physics Model specifically designed to enhance accuracy in weather forecasting, especially for applications within the energy sector.

The team was led by Michael Baier (Partner, Corporate / M&A) and included Claudia Keller (Partner, IP), Dominique Mattmann (Associate, Venture Capital / M&A), Kianoush Sadeghi (Associate, Venture Capital / M&A) and Nathalie Germann (Associate, Employment Law).
