Deal: Wenger Vieli advised Houzy AG on the latest financing round

In the latest round of financing for homeowner platform Houzy AG, Baloise and UBS have increased their stakes and now hold a majority stake in the Swiss start-up. Houzy supports property owners in all matters concerning their real estate. Together with Baloise and UBS, Houzy aims to develop new and innovative solutions for clients and facilitate their access to services related to home ownership.
