Deal: Wenger Vieli advised Hyperscale Power on its seed financing

Wenger Vieli advised Hyperscale Power on all Swiss legal matters in connection with its seed financing round. The deep-tech start-up raised EUR 5 million. The financing round was led by World Fund and Vsquared Ventures.

Founded in 2025, Hyperscale Power is developing next-generation solid-state transformers designed to significantly reduce the size and improve the efficiency of power infrastructure for AI data centres and other energy-intensive applications. The new funding will support the development of the company’s proprietary technology and the expansion of its team.

The team was led by Beat Speck (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and included Dominique Mattmann (Senior Associate, Corporate/M&A) and Dario Schönbächler (Associate, Corporate/M&A).
