Deal: Wenger Vieli advised InfoGuard on the acquisition of Com-Sys

Wenger Vieli advised InfoGuard on all Swiss legal matters in connection with the integration of Communication Systems (Com-Sys) into the InfoGuard Group. Com-Sys has been renamed InfoGuard Com-Sys and now operates under the brand addition An InfoGuard Company.

The merger creates one of the strongest cyber security expert groups in the DACH region with more than 350 employees. Together, InfoGuard and InfoGuard Com-Sys provide a 360° cyber security portfolio and operate two highly secure, fully staffed 24/7 Security Operations Centers in Germany and Switzerland.

The team consisted of Beat Speck (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and Andrea Christen (Associate, Notarial Services).
