Wenger Vieli advised investors represented by Verium in their acquisition of a significant stake in Impact Acoustic. This partnership marks a milestone in the company's efforts to reshape the acoustic solutions industry with a focus on sustainability.

Since its establishment in 2019, Impact Acoustic, headquartered in Lucerne, has been at the forefront of the battle against plastic pollution, developing high-performance acoustic products crafted from post-consumer materials such as PET bottles and cotton waste.

Verium is an independent multi-family office located in Zurich, dedicated to serving entrepreneurial families and committed to the long-term preservation and growth of family wealth.
