Deal: Wenger Vieli advised LogicStar AI during its financing round

Wenger Vieli advised LogicStar AI, a Zurich-based startup specializing in self-healing software for commercial applications, on all Swiss legal aspects of its latest financing round. The CHF 2.6 million round was led by Northzone and included participation from angel investors. The funds will enable LogicStar AI to further develop its AI-driven software solution, which offers an AI agent for fully autonomous software maintenance that empowers engineering teams to focus on innovation by automating tedious application maintenance tasks.

LogicStar AI's innovative technology addresses a critical challenge in cloud computing by providing an automated, self-healing maintenance solution that ensures seamless software performance. The company’s approach reduces operational costs and minimizes the risk of failures, making commercial applications more resilient and efficient.
