Deal: Wenger Vieli advised Mobil in Time in the acquisition of Bilfit

Wenger Vieli acted as lead advisor to Mobil in Time, a leader in mobile energy solutions and expert in water damage restoration, in connection with their acquisition of Bilfit. This strategic acquisition facilitates the expansion of Mobil in Time's services across the entire German-speaking region of Switzerland, enhancing their capabilities in specialty leak detection and water damage restoration.

Bilfit, established in 1983, has excelled in specialty leak detection and water damage restoration, particularly in Eastern Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Vorarlberg. Maintaining its independence, Bilfit's merger significantly broadens Mobil in Time’s market presence.
