Deal: Wenger Vieli advised Modulos on CHF 8.7m pre-Series A financing round

Wenger Vieli advised Modulos, a Swiss AI company, on all Swiss legal and tax matters in connection with its CHF 8.7 million pre-Series A financing round. The funds are intended to scale Modulos’ AI governance platform, enabling organizations to meet global compliance requirements as regulations such as the EU AI Act come into effect.

Modulos develops an enterprise-grade AI governance platform that transforms compliance from a manual burden into intelligent, automated workflows. The company’s solution is the first to obtain ISO 42001 product conformity certification and supports multiple regulatory frameworks, including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001.
