Deal: Wenger Vieli advised Numarics on its seed financing round

Wenger Vieli advised Numarics, a company providing finance and business management solutions through a mobile-driven approach, on all Swiss legal aspects of its seed financing round. The seed round was co-led by UBS and FiveT Fintech alongside Wingman Ventures and Seed X. The funding will help Numarics to grow and expand further as well as support the software development.

Founded and developed by experts in finance, auditing, AI and automation, the goal of Numarics is to fuse business administration into today's lifestyle of entrepreneurs. Driven by a mobile-first approach, Numarics offers a digital CFO solution with a combination of AI and human expertise, enabling a unique user experience.

The team was led by Michal Baier (Partner, Venture Capital / M&A) and included Dominique Mattmann (Associate, Venture Capital / M&A) and Dario Schönbächler (Junior Lawyer).
