Deal: Wenger Vieli advised Orlando Capital on its acquisition of TEX Group

Wenger Vieli advised Orlando Capital, a Munich-based private equity firm, on legal and tax aspects of the acquisition of Trans Europa Express (“TEX”) from Ufenau IV German Asset Light, SLP, a fund exclusively advised by Ufenau Capital Partners.

TEX, headquartered in Freienbach, Switzerland, has established itself as a leading independent European platform for railway infrastructure and rail services. Together with the management team, Orlando Capital intends to further develop the TEX platform and accelerate its future growth along the value chain.
