Deal: Wenger Vieli advised Planlabs on its Seed financing round

Wenger Vieli advised Planlabs, a Swiss deep-tech company developing an AI-driven B2B SaaS platform for building technology engineering, on all legal aspects in connection with its Seed financing round.

Planlabs’ software enables engineers, contractors, and architects to automate and optimize the design of complex building technology systems through generative design. With this innovative approach, the company aims to redefine how technical building planning is carried out — making it faster, more efficient, and data-driven.

The Seed round was supported by strategic partners, private investors, and the Aargauische Kantonalbank. This milestone will allow Planlabs to accelerate product development and expand its market presence.

The team included Michael Baier (Partner, Corporate/M&A), Dominique Mattman (Senior Associate, Corporate/M&A) and Dario Schönbächler (Associate, Corporate/M&A).
