Deal: Wenger Vieli advised Rapidata on the latest financing round

Wenger Vieli advised Rapidata, a provider of large-scale human data processing to power the future of AI, on all Swiss legal matters during its financing round. The financing round was led by BlueYard.

Rapidata provides a system to process huge amounts of data with human intelligence within minutes. The start-up does not rely on a fixed workforce. Instead, they have a network consisting of millions of people around the world to filter, annotate and validate the data, thus creating a human brain in the cloud.  

The team was led by Michal Baier (Partner, Venture Capital / M&A) and included Michelle Wiki (Associate, Venture Capital / M&A), Andrea Christen (Associate, Venture Capital / M&A), Kianoush Sadeghi (Associate, Venture Capital / M&A) and Pharin Mos Wyler (Junior Lawyer).
