Deal: Wenger Vieli advised RoomPriceGenie on its USD 75m investment from Five Elms Capital

Wenger Vieli advised RoomPriceGenie, a leading provider of revenue management systems (RMS) for independent hotels and groups, on all Swiss legal and tax aspects of its USD 75 million investment from Five Elms Capital. The funding will support RoomPriceGenie’s international expansion and the continued enhancement of its award-winning platform.

RoomPriceGenie was founded in 2017 with the goal of making automated pricing more accessible and intuitive for independent properties. The company has built a global presence with nearly 100 employees and 3'000 hotel clients in 65 countries.
