Deal: Wenger Vieli advised Swiss digital financial advisor Selma Finance on its successful crowd investing campaign

Selma, a digital financial advisor, simplifies the complexities of financial planning and investing. Regulated as an independent portfolio manager in Switzerland, Selma caters to over 12,000 customers with diverse investment amounts. Selma manages assets in excess of CHF 200 million.

In its June 2023 crowd investing campaign, Selma was able to raise around EUR 1.3 million from 550 investors, exceeding the goal of CHF 1 million by 30%. Selma will use the capital raised to grow its client base with a view to becoming the No. 1 Digital Wealth App in Switzerland and to develop its product further, including more insights into investments, solutions for families and a new space for personalized financial advice and to test new services.
