Deal: Wenger Vieli advised Sygnum on USD 58m Strategic Growth Round
Wenger Vieli advised Sygnum, a global digital asset banking group, on all Swiss legal aspects of its USD 58 mio Strategic Growth Round, which brings Sygnum’s post-money valuation to over USD 1 billion. The funds are intended to drive Sygnum's expanded EU/EEA market entry, launch its regulated presence in Hong Kong, broaden its institutional infrastructure with a focus on Bitcoin technology, enable strategic acquisitions, and further strengthen organizational resilience.
