Deal: Wenger Vieli advised the shareholder of SKS Rehab on its merger with Roltec and integration into Eqwal Group
Wenger Vieli advised the shareholder of SKS Rehab, a Swiss-based provider of individualized rehabilitation solutions, on all Swiss legal and tax aspects in connection with the merger with Roltec El-Kørestole into the newly formed SKS Roltec Group.
The merger aims to further strengthen SKS Roltec’s position in the European wheelchair market by combining high-end and customized solutions for complex customer needs. The SKS Roltec Group has also decided to become part of the international Eqwal Group, a leading global provider of support for people with disabilities, renowned for its expertise in digital solutions and upper limb prosthetics. The integration places SKS Roltec at the core of Eqwal’s mobility business-to-business activities, reinforcing Eqwal’s mission to serve patients worldwide.
