Deal: Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of Alturos on the sale to Juniper Group

Wenger Vieli advised Alturos, a leading provider of tourism technology solutions, with all Swiss legal and tax matters during its sale to Juniper Group. The acquisition represents a significant milestone for Juniper Group in its pursuit of becoming the leading end-to-end travel software partner globally. The funds are intended to support Alturos’ growth and enhance its market reach internationally.

Alturos specializes in all-in-one digital solutions for seamless sales, communication, and guest services in the tourism industry. Their unique SaaS platform, "Destination OS" and the popular "Skiline.cc" community focus on gamification and loyalty programs for winter sports enthusiasts. Joining Juniper Group will allow Alturos to leverage a broader business network, market expertise, and enhanced infrastructure to further its growth and improve services on a global scale.
