Deal: Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of Cotta Collection AG on a partnership with L-GAM

Wenger Vieli acted as legal counsel to the shareholders of Cotta Collection a leading manufacturer of made-to-order upholstered furniture and related products, on their partnership with L-GAM. L-GAM is a long-term oriented investment company, which was established in 2013 with the backing of the Liechtenstein Princely Family and several families from Europe, Asia and the USA.

Cotta Collection and its group companies are Liechtenstein based leading manufacturers of made-to-order upholstered furniture and related products. Today, the group produces in 14 plants in Poland, Romania, Hungary and Bosnia Herzegovina with over 5'000 people and is trusted by furniture retailers all over Europe.
