Deal: Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of Invariant Labs on its sale to Snyk
Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of Invariant Labs, a Zurich-based AI security research firm and ETH Zurich spin-off, on all Swiss legal and tax matters in connection with its acquisition by Snyk, a company focused on secure AI software development.

We extend our warmest congratulations to the teams of both Invariant Labs and Snyk on this transaction.
