Deal: Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of Mobile in Time on the sale to Aggreko

Wenger Vieli provided legal advice to the shareholders of Mobile in Time – Switzerland’s market leader in the rental of mobile energy centers and water damage restoration – regarding all aspects of Swiss law in relation to the sale to Aggreko. Mobile in Time has a total of 16 locations and offers customized solutions in the areas of temporary heating, building heating, cooling and water damage restoration.

Aggreko is the world's largest provider of temporary power solutions, employing over 6,800 people in more than 80 countries. It supplies power, heating, and cooling generators to companies, major events, music festivals, and industrial facilities, among others. The acquisition will enable Aggreko to benefit from Mobile in Time's extensive expertise and strengthen its market presence in the DACH region.
