Deal: Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of Pacojet Group on the sale to Groupe SEB.

Wenger Vieli acted as legal counsel to the shareholders of Pacojet Group, a leading Swiss company developing professional food processors, on the sale to Groupe SEB.

Pacojet Group is a Swiss based group of companies specializing in the development and marketing of the iconic Pacojet food processing systems. The companies supply professional kitchens worldwide.
