Deal: Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of Tripleblue on the sale to Aareon

Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of Tripleblue, a leading provider of AI-solutions, like AI minute taking and AI Agents email automation, for HOA management, on all legal and tax aspects in connection with the sale to Aareon.

Through this acquisition, their AI solutions will be seamlessly integrated into Aareon's EPR software systems in the Netherlands and Germany for HOA managers. This means streamlined workflows, reduced manual effort, and enhanced usability.

The collaboration unites cutting-edge AI capabilities with established property-tech infrastructure, strengthening the value proposition for clients who want an all-in-one platform.
