Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of Windsor on all Swiss legal and tax matters in connection with the strategic investment in Windsor.ai by team.blue. Windsor.ai is an AI-powered data integration platform enabling businesses to connect, unify and activate marketing and analytics data across multiple sources. team.blue is a leading digital enabler for businesses across Europe, providing cloud, hosting, SaaS and digital solutions.

With this transaction, Windsor.ai joins the team.blue ecosystem and gains access to a strong European platform to accelerate its international growth and further develop its AI-driven data integration offering.
